Wood and Mechanisms: We stand behind the durability of our wood products and their associated mechanisms, providing a lifetime warranty that guards against manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, and it excludes coverage for normal wear and tear. However, this warranty is complimented by our lifetime maintenance sessions for wooden items, ensuring their enduring quality and condition.

Outdoor Furniture: Our outdoor furniture range is backed by a comprehensive 3-year warranty, offering peace of mind as you enjoy your outdoor space. However, please be aware that any damage caused by misusage is not included in this warranty. 

Outdoor Lighting: We offer a 3-year warranty on our outdoor lighting products, to assure you of their quality and reliability. As with our other warranties, please remember that misusage is not covered, and normal wear and tear is excluded. 

Inspection Upon Delivery
